Candidate Profile:-
Qualification - Any Graduates/ 12+
Exp - Min. 2 years
Location - Gurgaon

Job Responsibility

  • Ensures that all Company drink recipes and procedures are followed.
  • Maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards.
  • Ensures that all Company food offerings maintain the highest quality.
  • Ensures that all team members are educated on our products and services, by developing an understanding of our various types of coffee, tea products, blends and roasts, as well as knowledge of coffee and tea regions, and the various differences in flavor and blends.
  • Responsibility for serving the customer.
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
  • To deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Ensure required stock availability.
  • Proper product placement and display in respective aisles.
  • To maintain FIFO system for stock at store.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Does periodically audit as when required.
